Amoksiklav Suspension 156.25/5ml, 100ml

Amoksiklav Suspension 156.25/5ml is an antibiotic that contains two different medicines, amoxicillin and clavulanic acid. Amoxicillin belongs to a group of medicines called “penicillins” that can sometimes be stopped from working (made inactive) by other bacteria. The other active component in Amoksiklav, clavulanic acid, stops this from happening. As a result, Amoksiklav is effective at killing the bacteria that cause infections.

Amoksiklav is used in babies and children to treat the following infections:

• middle ear and sinus infections
• respiratory tract infections
• urinary tract infections
• skin and soft tissue infections including dental infections
• bone and joint infections.

Amoksiklav suspension is also known as co-amoxiclav suspension
