The Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) is a Federal Government parastatal that was established by Act 91 in 1992. The council’s responsibility includes regulating and controlling all aspects of pharmacy education, training and practice within the country; they do this with an aim to ensure safe pharmacological practices for practitioners as well as consumers alike.

The Pharmacists Council of Nigeria, a statutory organ commissioned by the Federal Government to regulate and control practice in pharmacy. This body determines professional standards for those who wish to be called “pharmacist” as well establishing registers from which their qualifications can later stem!
