Results vary amongst individuals, but in most cases we would expect the beneficial effects of the vitamins, minerals and nutrients in Perfectil Max to build over several weeks, with noticeable results in one to three months. How to use
Two tablets (red blister) per day plus one capsule (turquoise blister) per day.
Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. Only to be taken on a full stomach.
